About Me
I’m a therapist in the state of Colorado, specializing in chronic pain and illness, trauma, anxiety, and brain change. My journey began with an initial focus on physical therapy, but after earning my degree in kinesiology, I realized my true passion lies in holistic mind-body healing, not just injury prevention and repair.
This led me to become a yoga therapist after completing Levels I and II in Loyola Marymount University’s Yoga Therapy Graduate Extension Program. Through yoga therapy, I use breathwork, movement, and philosophy to guide clients through challenges like anxiety, grief, and chronic pain.
My interest in the body’s role in emotional healing deepened further when I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology: Somatic Psychology. I believe that true healing happens when we address both the mind and body in tandem, each influencing the other. In my practice, I combine evidence-based approaches to help you create lasting change, integrating techniques that support both emotional and physical transformation.
As a fully licensed professional counselor, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor each session to your unique needs. These include EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Neurofeedback, Yoga Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My goal is to provide you with the tools and support you need to move forward in your life, embodied and empowered.
